2-Year Manufacturing Warranty

All products purchased directly from MyLeatherStudio's official website and delivered within India are covered for verified manufacturing defects for two years from delivery.

Coverage

One approved claim per product. Customer pays to ship the product to MLS. For an approved claim, MLS covers return shipping for one product; the customer pays additional return-shipping costs for other products submitted together. Repair is the primary remedy; replacement may be offered if repair is not feasible.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorized repairs, and natural leather variations are not manufacturing defects. Claims are subject to inspection. Contact us before shipping a product and wait for instructions.
